1.Q:Why it shows a blank page when i visit the webclient?

A:Please comfire that you have installed java , you can download the lastest java here.

2.Q:Why is it slow on download cache?

A:Cache file is about 20 MB,it may take a few minutes to download it at first time you visit our site,it needn't download again when you revisit our webclient.

3.Q:Why is it no responses when showing "preloading models" ?

A:Preloading models should take a long time , you could waiting more time or close all and revisit it.

4.Q:It says:"your account is already logged in...."

A:You could wait 60 seconds and click login again.

5.Q:"Sorry, an error had occured whilst loading LC Runescape..."

A:Close all your browsers and end the java.exe process , revisit again.
